El tocado Begonia está tejido a mano por artesanos de la zona cafetera de Colombia en paja de palma de Iraca. Estas fibras son trenzadas a mano en un marco de metal, formando intrincados motivos orgánicos.

Technique

HANDMADE IN BARRANQUILLA, COLOMBIA by artisans in the coffee-growing region of Colombia, out of Iraca palm.
The straw fibers are braided by hand into the metal structure, forming the intricate geometrical and flower shapes, which makes the Begonia the perfect statement piece for an event. Each tiara takes more than 10 hours to be completed.
